Shahrad Behboudi, who completed a seven-week internship with Quarry Products over the summer after graduating from Lancaster University with a degree in Economics, has returned to Quarry Products on a three-month placement as Health and Safety Administrator.
Shahrad is completing his placement alongside studying for his master’s degree with the University of Bath in Management with Finance.
Shahrad said: “I’ve been back at Hills since 08 November, and there are so many projects I’m excited to get stuck into!”
Supported by Mia Jones, Health and Safety Support Manager and Karen Allison, Executive Assistant, Shahrad is already making fantastic progress with the management of the contractor’s project using our health and safety software platform, EcoOnline. He brings energy and enthusiasm and is an asset to the team.
Mia Jones said: “Shahrad is a joy to have on the team. We’re proud to support young professionals with training and work experience to help with their first steps into fruitful careers in quarrying.”
